Hi

Wedding date looks like 28 April 1882 (or is it 92) between Peter Paxton, Dock Labourer, Widower and Eliza Waugh, Spinster.  Peter aged 38, Eliza aged 39

His father looks like Giles Paxton, Farm Servant.  total blank on Peter's mother - maybe Marian Baird?  (bit underneath her I have no idea)

Her father looks like Dawson Waugh, Dock Labourer and mother Jessie Waugh (MS (maiden surname) Walker)

Is the place Laurieston parish of Falkirk? (is it a Scottish marriage certificate?)

Something something of Anglican Church maybe at the end of column 1?

Looks like by banns as well

I agree with most of what rutht22000 has derived from the scribble, but I think that the father is also Peter Paxton, not Giles.

Yes, agree...the t in Peter is not crossed, a common writing habit.
