Polish marriage entry help

Hello

For those of you who are good at deciphering things, can you please give your best guess for the name of the father for Franz Ziaja (entry "4") in the attached (Father's name is in last but one column). I have posted elsewhere but am not convinced any of the suggested answers are correct.

There seems to be 2 names entered for the forename, or one long single name?

Suggestions so far:

Simon (?) Anton
Jimis ??
Simis ??
I read as possibly Sing's Centros

Neither of these really make sense.

For reference the marrige was in Tworog which was part of Prussia at the time but now comes under Katowice. If it helps the writing is in old German, therefore I was wondering if this text could be some sort of written/text entry rather than a name?

Just a thought - do you think it may be a reference to a status (eg deceased) or what's the old German for 'supposed/reported' etc.
