Tynemouth Workhouse Northumberland
« on: Wednesday 30 July 14 12:33 BST (UK) »
My 2g-grandmother mary ann wood born in heddon on the wall in 1845 was on the 1851 census for tynemouth workhouse along with her mother isabella wood ( single ) born in morpeth in 1820.
I would like to find out more info like when they entered the workhouse and when they left.
There was a isabella wood who married a john robinson in Newcastle december quarter 1851.
I wonder if john was mary anns father?
I found this family living in cramlington in 1861 mary ann is now a robinson.
Does anyone have any info on these people or any idea how I can find out more?
Thank you very much.
