He is in 4 trees on Ancestry, with parents Samuel and Sarah Young,  Have you contacted the tree owners?

I would like to see those names becoming much more popular. Excellent names!

Where does he fit in your FH?  Re: spelling -  from another post relating to his mother Sarah

We did eventually track Sarah down. She was born in 1802 in Drumgoon, daughter of Epaphroditus YOUNG

Hi Carole:)
I found his Sisters Marriage Cert    Maria Glindinning(Notice different Spelling) To William Dunne  4 th December 1874  In Everton Lancashire     Father listed as Samuel Glindinning Physician   And witness was Jane Talbot Glindinning Her sister  Now to try and find her brother Epaphrodetus    Theres a book written re this family called *House of Glendowyn* By GTC(Gerald Talbot Clindinning) Another brother William Talbot Clindinning Also a Physician Came to South Australia    GTC is the grandson of William Talbot   I think this family may connect to my Direct Clendinnen Line from Ireland To South Australia
Regards
cathy:)

Googling suggests the proper spelling is Epaphroditus

That christian name is quite a mouthful so I wonder if he used a shortened version of it in his adult life (don't ask me what that could be)  :)

Doesn't solve the problem of the surname though
