Perhaps try Ireland or as the NA appears to suggest a French connection maybe she was born abroad to British parents.

Problem is if it was made before she went to Salonika it may not contain much.

She will still set out who she wants to leave her estate to, whenever she made it. And, seeing as she was a single person with, as far as we know, no children, she may well therefore name siblings or nephews or nieces. Which will give us some clues to follow.  Of course she may choose to leave her stuff to friends or to the Dogs Home. But you wont know till you get the Will, and at the moment that is the only lead - so would be wise to follow it!
