This seems to be the same Family in 1851;

There is a SARAH Rudd 25 July 1841 Eastham to RICHARD/DIANA
So was Susannah known as Hannah and Diana?
Hannah I can understand being a shortened version of Susannah.
The ages of Richard and Susannah/Hannah vary greatly on Census!
It appears to be the same Family as the address is Highwood in 1841 Census also.
Also in the Household is a Hannah Clement age 40, Lodger.
FreeREG has a Richard RHUDD Baptised 09 June 1793, St. Peter & St. Paul, Eastham to WILLIAM/SUSANNAH
Other Children to them are under Rudd/Rhudd;
Betty 1782/Susannah 1785/Thomas 1789/Edward 1799
Likely Marriage;
William RUDD/Susan SALBY, 23 March 1776, St Peter and St Paul, Eastham
(another Record has her a Susan Sally)
(although FreeREG has no Children listed to them 1777-1782)
I must say this is all very confusing and dont know if it is a help or hindrance to you Kevin
