Hi

I am trying to find some info on(*)Linton for my mother in law. he is registered on her birth certificate but all we know is he married her mother in leeds in 1968. Her mother told her that he was from scotland and was also in prison in leeds and some point. i the only thing i can find is the marriage online. His wife was call (*) and they were only married a few months

A person of that name, was registered born in the district of Buckhaven, Fife, Scotland in 1944.

This means he could well still be living - and therefore,  his name and personal details shouldn't be published here (Rootschat policy to protect privacy of living individuals and their families). As you have posted 3 times already, Rootschatters are  able to PM you with information.

I think I might have found a record of him in 2004, it's on the web,  but it's very personal so I'm going to PM you the link. It may not be him - but the age is right as are a couple of other details....
