A few words here to complete this dreadful one.

‘he oblidged  him & his heirs to warrand to the said James Cochran & his forsaids at all lands & ? all ? except (?) all the lands of John Marshall his uncle ?  whom he oblidged him & his heirs to warrand the same in  ? ? as may be extended to the somme of five hundred & seventy two pound nynteen shilling and ‘
‘two pence scots mony being the purchase mony of the said subject above disponed (?)  and to pae the sume of all  in incumbrances of the samen  the some ? also in  ?  (payment?) being the terme appointed for the said James Cochran to the said howse &  said others above mentioned his entry and to  ?   of the same in all tyme coming with assignees conryls & severilyes and also of in acts & dutyes and also containing ane oblidgement to make the
?   ?  & evidents furth coming on all  ?
