Sarah and William are both employed as servants in the same farm household in Woburn in 1841.

On Ancestry their names are transcribed as William Sofield and Sarah Macker.

Sorry, I should have explained that better. Her name is definitely Stocker, but anyone searching for her on the Ancestry site will find the name transcribed on the index as Macker. The actual census page written in 1841 shows Stocker.

how do I go about finding her parents names   xx

As CaroleW says, her marriage certificate will give her father's name, and as she doesn't appear in a census with her parents this is a vital document. But to get both parents' names you need to find her baptism, which if it was in Eynesbury won't be straightforward as baptisms in that parish aren't online. The good news is that Hunts FHS have a transcription available on CDrom. Stocker was a common name in this part of Hunts

To be sure about Sarah's father, you do need the marriage record, which should show his name.

You may find that his name is Francis, going by the names of William and Sarah's two eldest sons, Matthias and Francis.  It was fairly common in the early 19th century for the first two sons to be named after their grandfathers.
William Tofield is probably the son of Matthias and Hannah Tofield, baptised at Stewkely in 1816 - you can see this on the familysearch site:

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/JSCR-DR2

Which leaves Francis as a possible name of Sarah's father - but you need proof.

Hunts Marriage Index has a marriage in Eynesbury in 1815 between Francis Stocker and Sarah Mehew.

Pure speculation until you get the marriage cert though!
