Makeover & colour for Lillias & Nellie both born 1891

A cousin sent me this scan and I was hoping someone would work some magic on this badly damaged photo.Lillias had pale blue eyes and brown hair.Nellie brown eyes and brown hair.
Lillias my grandmother is the one with with no hands on the photo and the one I am most interested in. I was delighted to get this .Thanking you.
