Back to RD - born in Doddington......not North Shields.....thoughts ?

as for 22 appleby street, don't see any connection there.

I don't think anyone would confuse Doddington with North Shields

Agreed - Doddington is a good distance from North Shields.
(They make a very nice Ice Cream there  ;D )

Just to clarify one thing - I wasn't suggesting that any of those named RD in the Asylum was necessarily 'your' Robinson Dunn. It was simply an easy way to direct you to the right pages for the Asylum  :)

Thanks guys...I too thought Doddington was a bit far to be confused with N Shields, but also felt the same about Newcastle and North Shields, so just wanted to sanity check :-)

JenB - searching the initials is a good tip for asylums, thanks for that :-)
