Looks like Ellen's brother:
William McCusker married 26-Dec-1886 to Mary Cullins. ST PETER'S Roman Catholic, Belfast. Son of Joseph and Jane. Witnesses John Elliot & Theresa McCusker.

And her sister:
Teresa McCusker married 17-Oct-1897 ST PAUL'S Roman Catholic. Address 31 Merrion Street. Daughter of Joseph McCusker and Jane Hayes. To John Charleton. Witnesses Hugh McCusker & ___ McCrea.

The McCusker family seem to be from Loughgall, Amagh.

Joseph married Jane Hayes on 18-Jul-1844. Witnesses Edward Hickey & Margaret Rafferty.

Children: (Jane listed as Hays, Haze, Hayse) all in Loughgall, Amagh.
James (Date of Baptism:29-Oct-1844) Sponsors James Hanna & Francis Hickey.
John (Date of Baptism:27-Jun-1846) Sponsors James McCrea & Sarah Rafferty.
Margaret (Date of Baptism:   14-Jun-1848) Sponsors James McShane & Ann Hays.
