Decipher Latin from 1623 will
« on: Saturday 25 October 14 13:04 BST (UK) »
Hi
Part of my ancestor James Lightowler's will was written in Latin. I would appreciate any help translating.

Thanks
Dave

And on the same day and year the said Dean of Halifax certified regarding the probate of this will by the witnesses named and sworn, and Administration of the goods of the deceased was granted to Charles Lightollers, brother of the deceased and one of the executors named in the same will, having first been sworn. Saving the rights of whomsoever etc., power reserved to Grace Lightollers, the other executor named in the same will, when she will come etc.
