In 1841 there was a couple more listed which you probably have. St Breward Cornwall

Yes, that's the one I have. Someone has suggested that Owen should be female and named Olwin. I've yet to definitley confirm this

The death cert for Olwin Mann states she was female and aged 85 years when she died 8 Feb 1920 - Burial 10 Feb 1920. No parent or husband mentioned. Informant was Ernest Bolton who was not related to the deceased.

Here she is in Whitby Ontario South in 1871

Thomas H Mann  4 Ernest H Mann  2

Looking at the 1901 census when Olwin  was widowed and living with Sarah (now Johnson) and her family.

Thomas F Johnson  50  Sarah Johnson  42 Born 35 oct 1958 Ontario.
James H Johnson  18 Laura O Johnson  16
Ida H Johnson  14 Anna L Johnson  12
Olwin Mann  63 Born England. 16 Nov 1837. Widowed. Mother-in-law. Retired.
