I believe that the Albert I am researching is the son of Samuel Clarke and Mary Garbett. I saw a certificate with Mary's maiden name but couldn't make out the handwriting until now..
Yes there are a few tree's with that information with his death which is obvious wrong as I think I have found him arriving New York 11/9/1914 ..on board ship Celtic

So this looks like him in the 1915 New York state census living Waverley Place New York Queens

His marriage 15/2/1903 Dawley-Parva Shropshire to Kate Morgan father Samuel Clarke
So looks like we have the right Albert after all
