Have found the following thus far.................: 
Lodewijk Mondet became a member of the Engelse Kerk (English Church) of Middelburg with certification from Dublin Ireland in April 1717.
My search for Thomasin continues.....

Thank you mygirlbill so Ludowyck was in Middelburg in 1717, I wonder if his first wife died there, it certainly looks as though the family may have been living there and perhaps he married Jane there.
