Ernest R Carter Death registration Quarter:Jan-Feb-Mar 1963 Place:Oxford, Oxfordshire, England Age53 birth Year (Estimated):1910 Ernest & his wife & children moved to Aus in 1952 a family member thinks he moved back to England his x wife Ivy Ruth Carter also returned to England & died 1980 Sussex the Ernest R Carter I'm searching for  was born 1910 Sussex has parents Ernest Carter & Elsie May last name unknown any help greatly appreciated

The Ernest Roy Carter registered in Steyning in 1910 was in the September quarter, so birth in the region of late May to September 1910.

The death you have is up to March 1963, and age 53.

Your man would have only been 52 in March 1963.

The death in Oxford in 1953 looks more like this man: Births Mar 1909  Ernest Roland Carter  Oxford, who could have died before achieving his 54th birthday.

We have no idea  we know they arrived in Aus in 1952 I think they divorced by 1960 then all we know is Ivy dies in Sussex in 1980
