Aigburth House might just be a block of flats.

Added:
Go to google maps and search for
'aigburth house, aigburth vale L17'
and Aigburth House pops up, then zoom in on satellite view/street view.

Thank you, just looks like a block of apartments now. Will have too ask local archive if they have any information, regarding the original house being a "aged persons hostel"

See Attached the information I have, thanks all

as it says Aigburth Vale - 1965
I think there is a possibility this building may have turned into a Club in the early 1970's named "Vale House " demolished to make way for flats /apartments - if I am right it was right opposite Aigburth Girls High School and the 61 terminus bus stop was right outside .....I used to go in this club in the early 1970's ... ??? ???

Vale House was at the lower end of Aigburth Vale, almost opposite the old High School and close to the 61 terminus, and in the 1968 directory was listed as no. 1:  'Dancing Academy dance hall'.  Next door was Fulwood Motors, and there was a small cigarette kiosk close by.
Aigburth House was definitely the one at the upper, far end of the Vale - I was in a group of carol singers there several times.

It's not the Aigburth Peoples Hall, is it the old peoples home on the corner of Elmswood & Ashfield Rd?

Broughton House is the name of the home at the corner of Ashfirld and Elmswood Roads.  I am sure that my earlier reply about Aigburth HOUSE, in Aigburth Vale is correct for the original query.
