1851 Oswestry look-up please

I have most of the information for Charles Farmer (born Welshpool c1825) and family, But I would also like to know his address, and the piece and folio numbers  for the entry. The page is numbered 53 and the town is listed as Oswestry.

Address appears to be Willow Street, but the full address is cropped on my images.

If I've interpreted it correctly the reference is

Oswestry Town
HO107/1993 f490 p53
