Hi,

The NE Inheritance Project is great!!  I have found quite a few Wills there pertaining to my Mom's English relatives.  I have added lots of people to our tree, thanks to that resource

You are probably well aware of the following records... but just in case:

The Durham Records online site is good (I just do the free searches)

I'll be getting snowed under with all this info! (Pun intended!)
Yes RK I have been looking at the Bishop's Transcripts for a while now, and have found lots of things there that don't show up in Ancestry etc. Also the Marriage Bonds & Allegations, they helped me sort out a few things.

Keith, I just found your questions regarding Wilfred Charge quite by accident when I typed the name into google. (I just joined this site now to reply to your post). Wilfred Charge was my grandfather. My name is Mary, I am the daughter of John (his son) and Dorothy.
I would be happy to answer any questions that I have knowledge of for you. Both of my parents have died and I believe that I have some papers and things around the house here. I may not have all the dates that you require though.
I'm not sure exactly how this site works just yet but I will check back to look for your reply.

I have records that show that Ann KENDALL married John CHARGE in 1833 in Coniscliffe, County Durham.
She was born in Romaldkirk. That makes her my great great grandmother. Got lots of other stuff too, if you're interested.
