William Winder

I believe that I have found my relative William Winder's will in a genealogy database. The will is from 1839, Banagher and his occupation is listed as Pensioner and Barrack Sergeant. William was born in Sunderland in 1773. If this is the correct person he was discharged in Armagh from the 82nd Regiment in 1818 and I have these papers as well as more information of his military movements. At that time he was discharged had a wife and son (listed in the papers as well). There is a big gap from the time of his discharge to the time of his death. I am trying to find out more information about him; the name of wife, child and perhaps more children to try and confirm that he is the same person. I can't find any directories for this time period in the off chance that he was listed. I have already tried the links in this forum for Offaly and the two largest genealogy databases (I have a family tree on one of them). Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
