I have discovered two Jewish ancestors on the Courland Registers in Latvia.  How can I go back further to establish where they were born.

Did these find these ancestors in the database on ancestry, i.e. Latvia, Courland Registers and Family Lists, 1845-1874? This database has been provided in partnership with Jewishgen.

It would be very useful to know exactly what information you have found. What are the names of the ancestors you have found?
