Hi and welcome to Rootschat

You will only get the exact date by buying a copy of the certificate

As these people were born in the late 1920's/early 1930's - are they still alive?

Hi

Rootschat has a "no living persons" policy so information cannot be posted here

You have to give 3 weeks notice to get a card from the Queen so you will have missed the opportunity to have it sent in time for their anniversary.  However - it is possible for a belated message to be sent up to 6months after the event
