Rootsmagic 7 - worth the upgrade?
« on: Monday 05 January 15 11:18 GMT (UK) »
I currently use Rootsmagic 4, and have never seen the need to upgrade to 5 or 6. I'm a bit tempted by 7 though, partly because of the ability to create a website. Is anyone using version 7, and do the web pages look reasonable?

Wow! No replies?  Well, RM7 is fairly new.  I believe they allow 100MB as max size for a website (or multiple websites) for a single user.  My test database has ~2200 people, some photos, and is only 4MB.  For testing purposes I didn't add my copious and verbose notes fields.

I think it looks great.  Contact me by PM and I will give you the password.  Or, simply do an internet search for 'my rootsmagic' and several user databases should be available to view.
