Great Great Grandfather Papageorgios Papachristodoulou (Cyprus)

Hi everyone,

Have recently been sent through two photographs of a photograph of my great great grandfather (date circa 1930). He is the priest in the photo. They are not of particularly good quality resolution, but was wondering if anything can be done with them via sharpening, contrast, colour/brightening adjustments? Preferable to have great great grandfather cropped out of the photo with everyone else - there is no other known photo of him as he died in 1936.

Colour is great in b/w, but colour version would be nice if possible too.

What an adorable old gentleman, I wish I could do more but I am lost on the colours.
I have tried to single him out, though. I just couldn't leave him.

Thanks Paula  . He was born circa 1848, and died around 88 years old in 1936. He was the son and grandson of priests, and appears to have come from a line of  religious individuals who served their communities for many years. By the look of him, I'm sure he'd have some fascinating stories to tell.

Oh Maggie !   That is just wonderful !   Very subtley done .... but don't forget, Greek Papas wear black, so he only needs a hint of black ....
