Bernard Haskett
« on: Thursday 08 January 15 15:33 GMT (UK) »
My grandfather Bernard Haskett born 1886 served as a naval  boy apprentice aged 15 on the Lion in Devonport harbour. In approx. 1919 we think he served on HMS Cottesmore and in 1912 on HMS Vulcan. Is there any way of getting ship's company for these vessels to confirm this.
We would also like to know where he was between 1901 and 1919.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

If you have FindMyPast, Bernard's records can be found there. He was on many different ships. Royal Navy Seamen 1899-1919 is where the records can be found.
