Looks like phe, but that doesn't seem to make sense.

I know nothing about Welsh or Wales, but from what I can find Phe was a common early abbreviation of the name Philip.

I think Alexander is correct. A few pages further back in the same register, on 6 November 1609, there is a baptism for ...

     Willia(m) the sonne of Philippe Willia(m) Nicolas

In the extract shown above, the missing word after Anno is an abbreviated predicto (meaning 'in the aforesaid year').
