Her spouse is listed alternately as Eric Reeves or Francis L Reeves.  He is one and the same person - there are only two couples per page at this date.

By 1930, there are only 2 marriages per page in the registers, and therefore 2 brides and 2 grooms.

June qtr 1930
Newport, Monmouthshire district     vol 11a, mpage 548

Francis, Queenie E     spouses's surname Reeves
Reeves, Eric              spouses's surname Francis
Reeves, Francis L      spouses's surname Francis

So, either the groom was known bu 2 names, or it's an admin error.

The marriage certificate will make it clear!
It will probably say Reeves, Eric also known as Francis L?
