A Baptism in Horncastle.....

Hi, I am looking for the Baptism of Howard Houssemayne du Boulay, which I believe took place on 1st September 1869 in Horncastle, Lincs.

I have been on family ssearch.org and it gives these details, but no Church.  The film details are: No. 1542140 and it is Ref: v 1/11 p 165.

Could anyone please tell me what Church that would refer to and would I be able to get a copy of the original Baptism record.
