Request for Restoration 2/2/15 Kathy Glenwright

I wonder if any of my fellow Rootschatters can restore the attached photo to remove the "dots". The photo is the grandmother of one of my wife's second cousins who she had re-established connection with after over 30 years - the cousin not the grandmother !

As always, your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
