if he was brought up as a Baptist, he would not have been baptised as a baby. Baptists practise 'Believer's Baptism' when the person being baptised is old enough to make decisions for themselves, usually about age 15.

Also, it would be unlikely that he married in a parish church and there isn't a huge amount of non-conformist records online. Your best bet would be to buy a copy of the marriage cert from the GRO
http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/
using the reference from FreeBmd
William Jones jun qtr 1903 Pontypridd vol 11a pg 974 with Ellen Saunders on the same page.

By the way, his place of birth would be Ebbw Vale in Monmouthshire, Pontypridd registration district being in Glamorgan.

someone posted on one of your other posts who appears to have a copy of the marriage cert. Have you been in contact?

With such a common Welsh name you may need to get one of the children's birth certificates to get Ellen's maiden name. Then find his marriage which will give you his father's name and occupation.

On his marriage certificate, what is William's father's name and occupation?

I'm afraid that there are loads of William Jones in the censuses, as you would expect, so we need at least his father's name to attempt to find him in 1901 and earlier censuses?

Which of the children you listed were born before 1911?
