So William Jones did not marry Eleanor in 1903?
William married Ellen in 1903?
Or are Eleanor and Ellen one and the same?

We are unable to do lookups of the 1911 census but I will tell you that there are no William Jones with wife Ellen living in Monmouthshire in 1911. There are several living elsewhere though.

Another post here that gives more information. Looks as if his father could be Frank or Francis a baptist minister.

Ellen SAUNDERS  daughter of William and Rhoda Saunders of Treharris, Glamorgan, Wales.
as to William s father Williams fathers name was Frank I do not I know his occupation but William was always a Miner
any further assistance would be most appreciated

I've been looking in 1881 and can't find any William Jones with a father Frank. Have you got the marriage certificate as that might help?

Ellen's birthplace on 1891 and 1901 is given as Merthyr, and her older siblings were b in Abercanaid, although by 1891 they are in Pontypridd/Cilfynydd
