Help to identify uniform of Ernest Gilbert James Savory

Hello, no sure if this is the right place, but could anybody help me identify the uniforms of the 2 brothers? They are British & born in 1913 & 1923. In later life 1 brother was certainly a Royal Marine.

I have brightened it up a little to try and make the uniforms clearer, but I don't think it has helped much. You could try posting on the Armed services board, they are very good on there.
