No problem Sarah. Lost the previous password and the system kicked me back, so I just re-registered.

There is a button to request a new password, did you try this out ?

Are you still using the email address on the other profile or did you want to use this new one ?

             Use the new email address, over the years I have had many (different providers etc,), sometimes wonder how many emails might have been waiting for me! ....................Best
