My Great grandmother married Hugh Owen, King's Head. His son William was widowed early and his cousin, Mary Hughes, sister to my grandmother was their houskeeper and brought up the twin sisters. I have information about them, pictures and some information about the tobacco industry in Amlwch.

Hugh Owen's father was David Owen, born circa 1796. Hs wife Ann was three years older. David Owen was a nailor according to 1841, 1851 and 1861 census. I am related through Hugh Owen's wife, Jane Hughes, who mas my great grandfather's eldest sister. Have you any photos of Hugh Owen and his wife? How are you related?
