Hi Stephen,

I don't think you can delete posts after submitting them, only the moderators can do this.

The duplication problem can occur when the same posts, or similar worded ones, appear separately on other forums.

Please don't be put off - continue submitting your requests for lookups. I'm sure there are many
members who can and are willing to help on Rootschat.

I totally support Alan's advice keep going and there are loads of us out here who can and will help you. As I said in the beginning - just advice to try and avoid duplication of any posts.

Alan, the inclusion of Benson came from Stephens mentioning another marriage in his other post and it was from that I found the 2nd marriage at Benson in the OFHS Marr Index .
