Have you found her in a census AFTER her marriage, to see when and where she says she was born?
Only then can you move on to realistically look for her in censuses before marriage.

Is this your Martha? If so you know it is Yorkshire

If not there is "Sutton" in Nottinghamshire "Sutton in Ashfield"  which is North Nottinghamshire

Hi in 1881 their is a Martha Marrett aged 35 wife with family in Goole, b Sutton, Yorkshire
