Patrick McEvoy, Mary Whelan

I know very little of this family. I have had great difficulty finding a paper trail for them.
Patrick McEvoy and Mary Whelan, both of Ireland, may have moved to Ohio, USA. their daughter Elizabeth did move to Ohio. we do have that documented.
they had 4 children. Elizabeth who married Peter Ledwedge, two girls whose names I do not know but who were nuns in the order of Precious Blood, and a son, Peter. most of this is by family stories. I have found Elizabeth's death record, but cannot find her birth record. perhaps the death record is wrong and she was born in Ireland. I have not succeeded in finding any records for Elizabeth's parents or siblings.

my apologies for not replying to this sooner. for some reason, for months, I haven't been receiving my notices of messages posted to Rootschat and I've been focused on other things. then today I received what looked like a notice...but looked like a phish, as well, so I went to the site rather than click on the link and here's all this mail waiting for me!
 ok, this is all I know about this family. I hope it makes sense.;
I haven't traced down to Mary Ledwedge Warner, who is my mother in law as we have most of that information.
