Bmd look up please

Hi
I am trying to find out if my relative died on Jersey. She was from Somerset and I have kindly been given information that she was in St Saviour Jersey in 1861.I believe she died around 1863.
Any help would be much appreciated. She was Mary West born c1795 and was a nurse with a family called Stevens. Thank you for your help in this matter

Mary West with the Stevens family in 1861 is age 63 -so birth c 1798 -she is also listed as "widow" -so would this be the correct Mary West??

Yes it is her ,a rootschatter found her on the census I want to find out if she died on Jersey .I believe she died c1863

Not good I'm afraid.

Searched all the Parish's from 1861 to 1871 and only found one Mary West. However, a look at the death certificate shows this was not your lady as she was 95 years old on her death. In the 1861 census there are two Mary West's and this would be the other one as the ages tie in.

I had a look at marriages as well just to make sure she hadn't married but again nothing.

Do you know if your lady had a middle name? There are quite a few Elizabeth West deaths.
