I still need to look through all the info but this is what I think is now the correct lady.

Rosa Helen Simmons was born in 1867 to William and Ann Simmons in Oxford.

Her brother Walter G married Elizabeth M Faulkner and in the 1901 census the family have moved to London. The 2 nieces noted with Rose are it seems his children.

I cannot see that Rosa Helen had a brother named Walter G??

Walter George Simmonds born Mar qtr 1860 Oxford.

1861 aged 16mo with parents William & Ann Simmonds in Oxford. RG9/895/52/44.

Marriage (as Simmons) to Elizabeth Martha Faulkner Mar qtr 1881 Oxford.

In St Pancras ("Simmons") in 1901 - amongst the children a 7 month old "Svilet" (Violet ?). RG13/146/46/25 (an Ann Faulkner, 65, also there).

That is correct thanks avm228.

On the 1881 census Walter is with his sister Susan (Janes) in St Pancas.

This can now be noted as completed thanks all.
