I've just done another check and find Hanborough is in Oxfrodshire. I have those
transcripts but sorry to say no "Dobson" appears.

From , where I can't remember, I have them down as being married  in Baptist Church Arlesford Wilts, so no hope I don't think of finding the marriage unless it is in non conformist somewhere

The reason the FT's don't have any information re her parentage is because no-one would appear to have bought the marriage certificate and as it was in a register office or registrar attended the only way of finding who her father was is by buying said certificate.  Until someone does so it will continue to be ifs/buts/maybe's.

At the moment would agree with others in that she seems likely to have been the dau. of Thomas and Martha.

The evidence I have so far is the following

Thomas Charles Dobson married Eva Dorothy West 1902

Thomas's grandparents  were Thomas Dobson and Martha Bird married 1850


Eva Dorothy West born 1883 daughter of Edwin West and Ann Maria Dobson (married 1879),   Eva's grandparents were also Thomas Dobson and Martha Bird

It has taken my FT prog ages to accept this, I think I am right
