  Cant see anything on Cornwall OPC,  but  I suspect as  it's   1950  that  the only  way  to  see details  is to  get the certificate

Cornwall OPC has Marriages at St Austell up to 1906.

Has to be a certificate unless you can get to Cornwall Archives? ;D
