Hello s2immy69 and welcome to Rootschat.
It is not easy to answer your question when you give very little information. Maybe if you tell us where you were searching and who you were searching for we might be able to help you to get started

Welcome to Rootschat. Do you mean that you were trying to use search on here, if so it doesn't work that way?

If you want to give us the name of one of your ancestors and a date, we can then help you to find them. Please don't mention anyone who is, or may still be alive.
