Marriage Lookup Horn - King

I have searched the FreeBMD and I can't find the marriage of Ellen King 1844 to (hopefully) Benjamin Horn 1841.  It is pretty certain that they would have been married in Kingsbridge area of Devon, their first child was born 1865.

Would it be possible for someone to investigate other rescources for me for this marriage?

I also have two another marriage look up request (if that isn't too cheeky) that is for Benjamins father Isaac Horn c1799 who married Elizabeth but who and when?

I know this is a very big longshot but this marriage is on Pallots index

Isaac Horn (late of Otterton) married Hannah Smith in 1798 in Otterery St. mary.
You never know could be your Isaacs ma and pa.
