1841 /51 census lookup

Could anyone please find me the family of Thomas Carter b 1833 in Purleigh Essex.Iam also looking for an Eliza Perkins b 1834 who according to censuses was born in various places-- Bow, Baddow, Bromley le Bow.

is the birth year of eliza correct?

Thanks for the 1851 census for Thomas. I worked out Elizas birth from her marriage cert and censuses so I think it is right give or take 2 years.
