Hi again:
Sorry but I haven't been able to find that cert. In fact can't find any of my numerous unwanted certs. So I've probably stored them in a box in the crawl space. I'll have a look but won't be able to get to it for a few days.
I have long been searching for the birth of my gg grmother. She appears on the 1861 census as Mary Ann Blower but I have never been able to find her birth.
I began following Sedgwicks while trying to find a connection to a Mary Ann born in Staffordshire ca. 1843/44. That Mary Ann was born a Sedgwick to William and Martha (nee Stevenson) Sedgwick, married in 1839. When William died Martha married Joseph Blower in 1850 and the blended family shows a Mary Ann on the 1851 census as a Blower. However Mary Ann dies of typhoid fever in 1852 so she was obviously not my gg grmother and there was no further reason to follow the Sedgwick line.
I do have the 1839 marriage cert for William Sedgwick and Martha Stevenson, as well as the 1852 death cert for Mary Ann Sedgwick. If you are interested I could send you copies of those.
