Ah I think that I get it now   ;D sorry, it took me a while. So this Susannah Kidd could possibly be the Susannah that married Le Neve?

think this might be Clementine's birth. She also appears to be on 1851 as a Miller (or milter, as per Ancestry's transcription). Would the surname suggest she's young Susannah's daughter, given the latter was born before her mother married Mr Kidd?

Clementina Theresa Miller
Q1 1844  Yarmouth, Vol 13, p112

Ah

Clementine Therasa Miller
Baptism    19 Feb 1844, Yarmouth
Father - Joseph Flower Miller
Mother - Susannah

She's listed as daughter to Susannah Kidd (the older Susannah) on the 1851 census - however given her surname appears to actually be Miller she may be a child of the younger Susannah (Miller) who married Robert Utting
