Old shop photo. WHITE'S Bexleyheath. Please rescue :)

This is my great grandfather James Edwin White's, shop in Mayplace Road, Bexleyheath, Kent. In the doorway stand his daughter Lily (my grandmother) and her brother Jim.
Please will somebody rescue this very battered photo with some clever restoration? I doubt there are many, if any, other photos of this shop surviving. Perhaps a touch of tinting too? Or will that spoil it?

That's beautiful Yvonne. A very sympathetic restoration. Thank you so much. The wedding photograph that you restored for me the other day was taken in the back garden of this shop.

Hi Steve. What excellent restorations! Thank you so much. I particularly like the gentler tinting of the middle example. It captures the period so well. All are wonderful and so very skilful. Much appreciated.
