GEORGE and KENNEDY
« on: Thursday 26 March 15 18:22 GMT (UK) »
Hi friends out there. My topic now is my ggg grandparents. Information I have is that Peter GEORGE born in the village of Clare, parish Mullion, county Cornwall in 1833. Parents Richard - I would like to find his parents - and Avis - I would like to find her parents - and surname.
My ggg grandmother is Rebecca KENNEDY, one of 3 sisters from Glenleah, Donegal county, Ireland.
Rebecca and Peter were married in Teviot, Central Otago NZ in 1869. She was 22 so that makes her birthdate about 1847. I would like to find her parents.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and happy searching, Jan

Thankyou thankyou for your replies. A bit of a jigsaw puzzle but will try to sort it out. My information has Richard GEORGE as a tin miner and his son Peter b 1833 as a tin miner also. Their family home was called "Garrow". Any information on this appreciated.

I think in the circumstances it would be best if you supplied all the information you have relating to Richard/Avis/Peter, Richard was an Ag Labourer or a Fisherman?
