Unless Margaret Jenour was an illegitimate daughter of one of Henry's daughters, she is much more likely to be the daughter of one of Henry's sons (though not necessarily any still living with their parents in 1851). If she was the legitimate daughter of Margaret Lander and her husband her surname should have been Lander not Jenour.

Sarah Jenour 31 Portland, Dorset, Head Married Grocer
Margaret Jenour 9 Portland, Dorset, Daughter
Laura Jenour 7 Portland, Dorset, Daughter
William Jenour 5 Portland, Dorset, Son
1871 Laura and William were visiting and lodging in Rotherhithe.
On the 1881 census Margaret Lander was a widow living with her unmarried sister Caroline and her widowed brother William Kenhom Jenour in Hove Sussex. Also in the household was Caroline's niece Mary Lander aged 16 and nephew George Lander aged 4 months.
Margaret Elizabeth Jenour married Philip Lander in June quarter 1851 Kensington registration district.
George Lander their son aged 8 in 1861 born New Zealand and aged 18 in 1871 born Kensal Green was still alive in 1891 aged 38 born New Zealand, a labourer in the gas works, living in Rotherhithe and married to Laura born Portland (eldest child aged 13 born Hove Sussex). So George Lander nephew on the 1881 census was not the son of Margaret (she was after all 51 in 1881). If Margaret's married status was correct on the 1871 census and she was a widow by 1881 then her husband Philip's death registration would be between those dates. The most likely death registration would seem to be in Hendon in 1874. That Philip was aged 41, though perhaps a trifle young for a marriage in 1851 if the 41 age on death was accurate.

P.S. Margaret Lander (s) on the 1861 census with Henry was his daughter, the wife of Philip. Margaret Jenour was correctly written as Jenour and with her mother Sarah in 1861 and with her grandparents in 1871.
Kensal Green was in Hendon registration district
